A civil wedding in a royal atmosphere - it's possible at Castle Wernigerode. We cooperate with the civil registry of Wernigerode to offer weddings in the smokers' salon. Attention: On Friday, 07 July 2017, we offer special appointments in the historic hall from 1 to 3:30 pm.

We will gladly complete your wedding with a champagne reception after your civil wedding. You may celebrate your beautiful moment with your guests in the historical hall or the inner yard. If you wish, you can also have your festivities in the castle. To get to Castle Wernigerode in style as the bridal couple, we can arrange for a horse-drawn carriage to take you to the castle if you wish.
